Today Statement of Sh.BKS Chhabra, Advocate Counsel for the Complainant recorded that the matter has been compromised with the Opposite Parties and the amount of Rs.1 Lac had been deposited by the OP's in the Bank account No.10004959059 on 15.07.2021 of the Complainant, Seema, so the complainant does not want to proceed further with the present complaint and same may kindly be dismissed as withdrawn.

So accordingly, in view of the statement suffered by Ld. Counsel for the Complainant, the present complaint is dismissed as withdrawn after having been compromised. File be consigned to the record room.
