Present:           Complainant in person with Shri Sushil Garg, Adv.

                        Shri Rajiv Gupta, Adv. for OPs No.1 & 3.

                        Complaint qua OP No.2 dismissed.

                          

                        The complainant has made a statement that she has filed an FAO No.2422 of 2016 against the order dated 2.2.2016 passed by the Motor Accident Claim Tribunals before the Hon’ble High Court of Punjab & Haryana, Chandigarh and the said appeal is fixed in the month of April, 2018. She further stated that this complaint be adjourned as sine-die till the final decision of the Hon’ble High Court and permission may be granted to re-open the same after the final adjudication of the final decision.

                Heard. In view of the statement made by the complainant, the present complaint stands adjourned as sine-die and complainant is granted permission to re-open the same after the final adjudication by the Hon’ble High Court. A copy of this order be supplied to both the parties, free of costs. The file be consigned to the record room.
