                This case has been called several times since morning, neither complainant nor his Advocate appeared and in this process clock stuck at 3:50PM.  Moreover, on the last date hearing no evidence of the complainant was present, neither complainant has come and counsel for the complainant had also appeared late before this Forum and he was advised to adhere to the punctuality.

                In view of above, it appears to the Forum, the complainant is no more willing, to prosecute the complaint, hence, the complaint is dismissed, on account of default in appearance on behalf of the complaint. File be consigned to the records.
