                                    Complainant is absent without taking any steps. Heard the Ld. advocate of OPs. Perused the record. It reveals from the record that on 31.03.2023 complainant was directed to file show cause. But the complainant has not been taking steps since 26.10.2021. The complainant did not file any show cause even today. It is now 2:10pm.

Accordingly we are of the view that complainant is not at all interested to proceed with this case. Hence, ordered that the instant Consumer Case being no. 110/2018  is hereby dismissed for default.
