The complainant is absent on repeated calls even today.

Today is fixed for filing show cause by the complainant.

No show cause is filed.

It seems to us that the complainant no more interested to proceed with the case and that it is next to impossible for this Commission to run this case with repeated absence or reluctance on the part of the complainant. We think that this is a fit case for passing a dismissal order.

Hence, it is,

                                                    Ordered

that the complainant case be and the same is dismissed for non-prosecution but without cost.

Let a plain copy be given to the parties free of cost as per CPR.
