Case taken up today on the above noted application for waiving of cost filed on behalf of the petitioner, which has been received by post. We have perused the record. Revision petition which was filed by the petitioner was dismissed with cost of Rs.10,000/- vide order dated 23.4.2013. Neither he has deposited the cost within the specified period nor he is present today. Since, we do not find any ground for waiving of the cost, application stands dismissed.
