Both the  parties are  present  through   ld. counsels.  A   joint   petition  has    been    fixed  vide  petition no-  3410 dtd.  16/10/2023  whereby     it  has   been   mentioned   that   matter   of    dispute   has  been    amicably   settled   between  the   parties    outside   this  commission   and  a   duplicate   policy    bond   has    been   issued  &   is   received  by  the    complainant   along  with     demand  draft  of   Rs.50000/-   which  was   issued   in  favour   of    the    complainant.   After   receipt   of  those   bond   &  demand    draft  the  complainant   agreed  to   dispose   of  the   matter   on    compromise   and   accordingly  , a  joint   petition  filed  by    the   parties   for  compromise  is   allowed. The  case   is   disposed    of   on  compromise.
