ORDER

 

Perusal of the record shows that Complainant was not appearing after 26/08/2022 and requested for adjournment. Thereafter no appearance has been entered into by the complainant for several consecutive hearing including today. Today is the 3^rd  consecutive date. Commission is not inclined to accommodate complainant any further as he has failed to press his own case. Therefore, the complaint is dismissed in default for willful non-appearance & non-prosecution in light of the detailed observation. File be consigned to record room.
