27.8.2024 Present:    None for complainant.
Sh. Naveen Kumar Garg counsel for opposite parties.
Today neither the counsel of complainant nor the complainant has come present. Case called several times since morning. It is already 4:30 PM but none has appeared on behalf of complainant. On the perusal of the file it reveals that on 3.7.2024 last opportunity was granted for filing the rejoinder and evidence of complainant and on 22.7.2024 one more last opportunity was granted on the request of counsel for the complainant for filing the rejoinder and evidence of complainant. On 6.8.2024 one more last opportunity was granted subject to cost of Rs. 2500/-. But today neither the counsel for the complainant nor complainant has come present. It seems that the complainant is not interested to persue with the present complaint. Therefore, the present complaint is dismissed in default. Copy of the order be supplied to the parties free costs. File be consigned to records after its due compliance.
