At this stage, compromise has been effected between the parties and in lieu of that compromise, ld. counsel for the Opposite Parties has made a following separate statement before this Commission:-

          “Stated that as per the instructions of the official of the company, the company is ready to pay Rs.49,000/- as full and final payment of the claim in question within a period of 30 days from the date of receipt of copy of order. In case the company is failed to pay the abovesaid amount within stipulated period, the company is ready to pay Rs.5000/- in addition to Rs.49,000/-.”

          On the other hand, complainant has made a following statement:-

          “Stated that I have heard the statement of ld. counsel for Opposite Parties and agree with the same and in lieu of that I do not want to pursue further with the present complaint and the same may kindly be dismissed as withdrawn being fully satisfied.”

          In view of the statement made by complainant, the present complaint stands dismissed as withdrawn being fully satisfied. Copy of the order be supplied to the parties free of costs. File be consigned to record room.
