This application has been filed by the revision petitioner for withdrawal of the revision petition on the ground that a memorandum of understanding dated 5th January, 2011 has been executed with the complainant, respondent herein, and she has already been paid a sum of Rs.1,41,600/- as full and final settlement. The application is allowed and as prayed the revision petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
