It is stated that petitioner’s counsel Shri Vivek Arora, the main counsel who has to argue the matter, has to come from Chandigarh and he has not come. On the last date also the arguing counsel was not present and as such the matter was adjourned subject to payment of Rs.10,000/- as cost. The cost has not been deposited within the prescribed period as directed on the last date of hearing.

Under these circumstances, the present petition is dismissed for non compliance of the order.
