           None appeared on behalf of the appellant when the matter was called on for hearing. On the earlier occasions also i.e. on 12-3-15, 21-9-15, 19-11-15, 14-12-15, 1-3-16, 21-7-16, 9-9-16, 24-2-17, 8-5-17, 1-8-17 there was no representation.

            In view of the same, the appeal is dismissed for non prosecution.

           Statutory amount, if any, shall be returned to the appellant.
