Final Order / Judgement

This matter is before the National Lok  Adalat today.The Complainant is present with his advocate So also the OP is present with his advocate.It is settled between the parties that sum os Rs2,00,000/-(Rupees two lakhs )only shall be paid to the OP by the Complainant within 3(three)months.The Complainant will made Rs1,00,000/-(Rupees One lakhs)only in the month of December 2016 and the rest Rs1,00,000/-(One lakhs)only will be paid in the month of January and February 2017.After the payment of the loan amount the agreat between  the parties shall  to have any effect.
