                                                                                              JUDGMENT

            Concerned vehicle bearing Regd. No.OD-08-3744 has already been sold on 26.5.2023 i.e. prior to filing of consumer complaint and the order dtd.01.6.2023 has not been complied by complainant as stated by opposite parties. Complainant is a defaulter of loan and the relationship between complainant and opposite parties is that of Debtor and Creditor. Hence we find no merit in the consumer complaint and accordingly the consumer complaint is dismissed. No cost.

            While dismissing the consumer complaint we give liberty to complainant to approach appropriate Forum for violation of M.V. Act., etc. if so desire.
