Final Order / Judgement

   Learned counsel for the appellant submits that he is ready to settle the matter in Lok Adalat if the principal amount is reduced and the interest is waived out. He is ready to pay Rs.80,000/-.

     In view of the submission, in the spirit of Lok Adalat the impugned order is modified to pay Rs.80,000/-  with interest at the rate of 6% from the date of impugned order till payment is made by the insurer to the complainant within 45 days from today. The rest part of the impugned order remained unaltered.

    The appeal is disposed of in Lok Adalat.
