Litigation costs of Rs.5,000/- have been paid to the respondent today in the court.    

The State Commission has dismissed the appeal as barred by limitation.  There was a delay of 26 days in filing the appeal.

        Limited notice was issued to the respondent to show cause as to why the delay be not condoned and the case remitted back to the State Commission to dispose of the appeal on merits in accordance with law.  Notice sent is made absolute.
