Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that this revision involves a petty amount. In view of the judgment of the Supreme Court in the matter of Gurgaon Gramin Bank Vs. Khazani and Another IV (2012) CPJ 5 (SC), the petitioner without prejudice to the rights and pleas seeks to withdraw the revision petition and request that question of law and fact involved in this case be kept open. In view of the above, revision petition is dismissed as withdrawn. It is made clear that that we have not given any finding on facts or law which question has been kept opened.
