                    Again no one has appeared on behalf of complainant. Perusal of the record reveals that it is more than a year during which this complaint remained fixed for preliminary hearing (for the last 10 consecutive occasions precisely) neither the complainant nor his counsel has appeared before this Commission to pursue this complaint. This apparently shows that perhaps complainant is no longer interested to continue with the present complaint. Waited sufficiently. It is already 2:30 P.M. No further wait is justified. Hence, the present complaint is hereby stands dismissed in default for want of prosecution. File be consigned to records.
