Parties absent after repeated calls .Perused the records .The complainant perused before the commission on 13.01.2022,notice issued to the ops on 30.3.22 .after sending notice to both the parties ,neither of them appeared .As a result the commission dismisses the complaint for default of the complainant as he has failed to perform his obligation duty. Supply extract copies of this order to both the parties free of cost and a copy be sent to the website of www.confonet.nic.in  there after case record is consigned to record room.
