                    Sh. Ramneek Sharma, Adv. for the respondent no.2.

 

                   On behalf of respondent no.1, photocopy of the draft placed on record according to which an amount of Rs.51,31,707/- 50% of the award amount has been deposited in the Hon’ble State Commission, Panchkula. No purpose will be served to keep the execution petition on the roaster of this Commission until the decision of FA No.A/132/2024, rather it will amount to waistage of time of this Commission as well as of the parties. After the decision of the FA No.A/132/2024 referred hereinbefore, winning party shall be at liberty to file afresh execution petition before this Commission and in a fresh execution petition, the party concerned, will disclose the particulars of this execution petition and its fate shall be mentioned and copy of this order will be attached. Meanwhile, record of the present execution petition is hereby ordered to be consigned to the records, treating it unsatisfied.
