ORDER

          Vide his separate statement recorded on 09.08.2024, the ld.Counsel for the complainant stated that he has received the entire decreetal amount from the JD, and therefore, withdrew the present execution application being fully satisfied.

          In view of the statement of ld.Counsel for the complainant/DH, the present execution application is dismissed as withdrawn being fully satisfied.

          Certified copies of this order be sent to the parties free of cost. The file be consigned.
