Present:     None for the appellant.

                    As per report of registry, notice to respondents could not be issued for want of correct address. Perusal of the record reveals that the correct address for effecting service upon respondents has also not been furnished consistently for the last consecutive eight occasions.  Record also reveals that present appeal pertains to the year 2017 and since that the present appeal is standing on the same position.  Today, also none has put in appearance on behalf of the appellant. This shows perhaps appellant has lost his interest to continue with the present appeal. It is 1.30 P.M, Waited sufficiently. No further wait is justified. Hence, the present appeal stands dismissed in default for want of prosecution. File be consigned to records.
