ORDER

     The complainant has pointed that he has already received refund of the mobile from the OPs but he has stated that since he has been harassed so he is entitled for compensation for harassment suffered by him. Once the complainant has accepted the refund of the price of the mobile without any objection, he has settled the dispute finally, as such the relationship of consumer and service provider between the complainant and the OPs has come to an end. Therefore, this complaint has become infructuous and the same is dismissed with no order as to cost.

     Certified copy be supplied to the parties, free of charge.
