ORDER

     During arguments, the learned counsel for OP No.2 stated that they have repaired the laptop in question, which is lying with them, but the complainant is not coming forward to collect it. Now the complainant is directed to collect the repaired laptop from the OP No.2 and OP No.2 shall handover it to the complainant after making it functional within 15 days. Thereafter, the complainant will check the functioning of the laptop for one month and if there is some defect, then he is at liberty to file fresh complaint, as permissible under the law. With these directions, this consumer complaint is disposed of accordingly. 

     Certified copies of this order be sent to the parties free of cost. The file be consigned.
