Final Order / Judgement

The matter is placed before the National level Lok Adalat today.

  The Complainant is present through his advocate.The Op is also present through GP.The Complainant wants to  deposit the balance outstanding amount of water dues in two installment to which the OP agreed.The prayer of the complainant is allowed and directed to deposit the amount 30th November and other is 31st December 2016 .Accordingly the Case is disposed off .
