Final Order / Judgement

The case is put up today at National Lok Adalat for settlement. The Complaint is present. One Sri J.k.Choudhury is present on behalf of the Opp.parties. The advocate of the Opp.parties is also present.

             As per proposal of the Opp.parties the Complainant is agree to deposit Rs.12,563/- (50% of the due) within 15days before the Opp.parties.

             The Complainant is disposed of. Accordingly in view of amicable settlement between both the parties. Supply free copies of this order to both the parties.
