            On the basis of even dated application filed by the complainant through counsel, file taken up today. Complainant wants to withdraw the complaint unconditionally. So, he be permitted to withdraw the same before the date fixed.

                Keeping in view statement of counsel for the complainant, the present complaint is dismissed as withdrawn with no order as to cost. Reader of the Forum is directed to make necessary entry in the relevant register showing the disposal of the complaint on today itself.
