      Appellant and advocate both are absent when the matter is taken up for physical hearing. Earlier also the appellant remained absent continuously and has not taken any steps. Physical hearing is already resumed. It appears that the appellant does not wish to pursue the appeal. Appeal is therefore dismissed in default for non appearance of the appellant and his advocate.
