Complainant  seek permission to withdraw this consumer complaint with liberty to file complaint as fresh and also filed detailed memo. Hence, his oral submission is satisfied. Further memo also perused and recorded. Therefore this complaint is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to file complaint as fresh with no cost. Memorandum shall be part of this order.
