The complaint was filed under section 35 of the Consumer Protection Act, 2019. The complainant is absent and has no representation from his side. . The opposite parties are also absent and have representation from their side. The case is posted for evidence of the complainant.
The complainant is continuously absent since 22-11-2021. Hence, the commission issued notice on 19.01.2023 to the complainant for appearance and to adduce evidence if any.
