During course of arguments learned counsel for the parties filed joint compromise according to which in full and final settlement of the claim, complainant will receive amount deposited by opposite party with State Commission in pursuance to order dated 06-02-2015 passed by this Commission along with accrued interest, if any and claim shall stands disposed of.  In the light of compromise entered between the parties, both appeals filed by both the parties are disposed of and order of State Commission dated 22-12-2014 passed in complaint no. 36 of 2014 – Ashwani Gupta Vs. Omaxe Ltd. & Anr.is modified and complainant is permitted to withdraw amount deposited by opposite party with State Commission along with interest accrued, if any, in pursuance to order dated 06-02-2015 passed by this Commission in full and final satisfaction of claim.  Appeals stands disposed of.
