Perused record & withdrawal application filed by complainant, it appears that  matter is settled and complainant has received total amount as per settlement. Complainant has submitted he does not want to proceed further against accused.

Considering the settlement between parties accused are acquitted U/s 27 of C P Act. Case is disposed off for compliance of order of this commission.

Bail bonds, if any executed, stands cancelled.
