Heard the applicants in person.

          The applicants have filed two applications for withdrawal of 50% amount which was ordered to be deposited vide order dated 5.5.2009. The revision filed by the petitioners-SBI Life Insurance Company had been dismissed vide order dated 15th December, 2009. In view of this, the applicants are permitted to withdraw the balance 50% of Rs.40,000/- which was deposited by the petitioners in terms of the order dated 5.5.2009 with

the District Forum. The District Forum shall accordingly disburse the said amount of Rs.20,000/- each to the present applicants.

          Applications are allowed in the aforesaid terms.

          Dasti in addition.
