Appellants and Respondents have arrived at an amicable settlement and have filed an application for taking the case of board. Accordingly appeal is taken on board. Appellants have filed a joint pursis on record. Contents of the pursis are duly signed by the Appellant Nos.1 & 2 and Respondent. Appellant Nos.1 namely Mrs.Riya Dilip Thanekar and  Appellant No.2 Mr.Deepak Dalvi are present by way of Video Conferencing and their signatures are duly identified by Mr.Sachin Sasane, Advocate for the Appellants.  Similarly signature of Respondent Mr.Ashok Bhave is identified by Mr. Kasture Advocate for the Respondent. In view of the joint pursis placed on record, the appellants are permitted to withdraw the appeal in terms of the pursis on record and the same is hereby disposed of. Refund is allowed in terms of the pursis on record.
