There is a delay of 173 days as reported by the Registry in filing this revision petition which seeks to challenge the concurrent findings of the District Consumer Disputes Redressal Forum, Jind and Haryana State Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission, Panchkula. 2. Counsel for the petitioner referring to the application for condonation of delay prayed for waiver of the delay primarily on the ground that the delay was procedural in nature. In the application, a delay of only 43 days has been stated which is not correct but actually the delay is as much as 173 days which is over and above 90 days permitted for filing a revision petition. The explanation offered in the application does not show sufficient cause for condoning the delay. On this ground alone, the revision petition is liable to be dismissed. However, even on merits, there is no scope of any interference by this Commission in the concurrent finding of the Fora below as running of LIC office in one of the rooms occupied by the respondent / complainant and allegedly running of the Anganwadi has been treated as non-domestic use. Both the Fora below have discarded this plea of the petitioner and in view of this Commission rightly so. The revision petition is accordingly dismissed.
