               Power of attorney on behalf of the complainant filed. Sh.Sandeep Kapoor, Adv.appeared on behalf of the opposite party No.2 and filed power of attorney. Complainant moved an application u/o 23 rule 1 read with section 151 of Civil Procedure Code stating that the complainant wants to withdraw the present complaint due to certain technical defects.   Complainant suffered statement that due to certain technical defect, he withdraw the present complaint with permission to file a fresh complaint after removing the technical defects. Consequently, in view of the above statement, present complaint is ordered to be dismissed as withdrawn. However, complainant is at liberty to file a fresh complaint on the same cause of action after removing the technical defects. File be consigned to the record room.
