        Petitioner files hazira. O.p. files a petition praying for time for hearing. Heard. Said time prayer of O.p. stands rejected. Having heard both sided of the instant M.A. case and going through the materials on record and touching upon the submissions advanced by the Ld. Counsel appearing for the respective parties we are of the view that proposed amendment appears to be formal in nature and which will not change the nature and  character of the case. Thus, prayer for amendment of the petitioner is allowed and thus, the instant M.A. case is disposed of.
