We are happy to note that during the pendency of this Revision Petition, parties have agreed to settle the entire controversy, giving rise

to the present Revision Petition.  It is agreed that the Complainant shall withdraw the allegation of deficiency in service on the part of the Petitioner Company subject to the Petitioner paying to him a lump sum amount of ₹70,000/- towards the litigation expenses etc.  The said amount shall be paid directly to the Complainant within two weeks from today.

          In view of the said settlement, no further orders are called for in this Revision Petition and the same stands disposed of accordingly.
