ORDER

Ld. Counsel for M/s. Sahara India Parivar and others states that they are ready to comply with the impugned order passed by the Commission

provided the rate of interest may be reduced from 18% p.a. to 15% p.a. as awarded by the District Forum.

However, ld. Counsel for the respondent as well as respondent are not agreeable to this proposal.

Under these circumstances, arguments advanced by both the counsel have been heard.
