ORDERS ON ADMISSION

        Perused the complaint.  Whereas the complainant has sought  compensation of Rs.23,00,000/- from the OP on the ground that OP has revealed his financial status and given statement of repaying the home loan to his brother Sri.A.Manjunath, with whom he had financial transaction and upon revealing the financial status of the said Sri.A.Manjunath is not paying the amount due to him. He has also claimed at 5% on the said amount and other reliefs.

        Heard the arguments.

        He was directed to produce the documents to show that OP has given his financial statement to Sri.A.Manjunath, who happen to be the brother of the complainant. He has not produced any such documents.  On the other hand the documents produced i.e., the statement of account, the name of the complainant reveals and also it do not mentions anything regarding giving the statement to the brother of the complainant Sri.A.Manjunath.  Absolutely prima-facie no material placed to show the deficiency in service or the unfair trade on the part of the OP, which is prime essential to admit the complaint.

        In view of this, this complaint is dismissed.
