Complainant/respondent asked the petitioner to remove the high tension wire over his house.  Petitioner asked the respondent to deposit Rs.28,000/- aggrieved against which respondent filed the complaint before the District Forum.

          District Forum allowed the complaint and directed the petitioner to shift the wire to HUDA’s road sides or any other side within six weeks without charging any amount from the petitioner.

          Petitioner being aggrieved filed the appeal before the State Commission which has been dismissed.

          We agree with the view taken by the fora below.  For removing the high tension wire passing over the house of the respondent, petitioner was not justified in charging any amount.  Dismissed.
