Despite notice sent by Registered post on 15.02.2010 no one is present on behalf of the petitioner. State Commission while setting aside the order of District Forum was dismissed the complaint. The State Commission had rightly applied the decision in U T Chandigarh Administration and Anr. vs Amarjeet Singh and Ors – AIR 2009 SC 1607 it being a case of purchase of shop in auction by the petitioner. Revision petition is, therefore, dismissed being without any substance.
