ORDER

The complaint is partly allowed. The O.P. is directed to pay to the complainant Rs.5,500/- of Rs.6,000/- received from the complainant within 45 days from the date of this order failing which it shall pay interest at 6% p.a. from the date of this order till the payment. The O.P. is directed to pay cost of Rs.500/- to the complainant. Give a copy of this order to both the parties according to Rules.
