ORDER

     It is already 4.00 PM. Called again & again but none has appeared for the complainant. Case was also called in pre lunch session, even at that time none had appeared for complainant. Perusal of the record shows that this consumer complaint was filed on 31.07.2019 and fixed for admission on 02.08.2019 on which date the case was adjourned for 05.08.2019 for production of wireless headphone and arguments on admission. On the said date i.e. 05.08.2019, complainant was not present despite knowledge. Then it was adjourned for today i.e. 13.08.2019 for the same purpose. Even today complainant has not appeared. Repeated non appearance of the complainant shows that he is not interested in prosecution of the present consumer complaint. Hence, this consumer complaint is dismissed for want of appearance of the complainant and prosecution.
