                     The ld.Counsel for the complainant appended a note on the first page of the complaint itself with regard to withdrawal of the complaint on being settled on receipt of Rs.1500/- from OP No.2.

                   In this view of the matter, the present complaint is dismissed as withdrawn being settled.

                    Certified copy of this order be communicated to the parties free of cost.  After compliance file be consigned.
