                 Today the case was fixed for issuance of notice to OP No.2. Notice could not be issued for want of registered envelope, copy etc. Case called several times since morning but none has appeared on behalf of complainant. It is already 04:00 p.m. Further wait is not justified. Therefore, the present complaint is dismissed in default. The parties concerned be communicated of the order accordingly and the file be consigned to the record room after due compliance.
