File taken up today as an application for putting up the file as the matter has been compromised between the parties, filed by Sh.Vikas Kumar Gupta, Advocate Counsel for the Opposite Party No.1 & 2

Accordingly, statement of Sh. Paras Chadha, Advocate Counsel for the Complainant recorded that compromise has been effected between the parties and in view of the compromise, OP has issued a cheque No.127895 dated 23.01.2019 for sum of Rs.5,00,000/- in favour of the complainant drawn on HDFC Bank Ltd., for full and final settlement of the complainant in the above said complaint. In view of the compromise, he accept the above said cheque on behalf of the complainant as such, necessary permission may kindly be granted to withdraw the present complaint being compromised. Copy of the Cheque is Ex.CZ, the same is placed on the file.

In view of the statement suffered by Ld. Counsel for the Complainant, the present complaint is dismissed as withdrawn after having been compromised. File be consigned to the record room.
