Complainant:   Nikhilesh Puthal, residing at Budha Rail Colony, Asansol M. Corporation, P.S.  MXPG+ 3H4, GT Rd, Pathak Bari,   West Bengal-713301.

Opposite Party: Apex Movers and Packers, having its registered Office at 355, Marathalli Bridge Service Road, Aswath Nagar, P.S. Kadubeesanhalli , Marathalli, Bengaluru, Karnataka-560037.

Today is fixed for filing show cause by the complainants.

No step taken by the complainant today.  None appears on behalf of the complainant during the repeated calls.

On 06.11.2024 the complainant verbally prayed for time as he intended to withdraw the case.

On Scrutiny of the records, it appears that on 29.11.2024 the complainant was absent without steps.    Therefore, complainant was directed to show cause as to why the case shall not be dismissed for default and date was on 03.12.2024. 

Today, the complainant is also absent and no step is taken on his behalf.  Therefore, we have no other option but to dismiss the complaint.

Hence, it is

that the present Consumer Complaint being no. 129/2024 be and the same is dismissed for default.

Let a copy of this order be  given to the parties on free of cost.
