ORDER

                 This is a revision petition wherein the petitioner has prayed for recalling of the order dated 29.03.2018 passed by the District Consumer Disputes Redressal Forum (VI), New Delhi in CC No.86/2016.

                 After some argument counsel for the respondent/complainant states that to cut short further delay in the matter, the respondent has no objection, if the prayer made in the petition is allowed subject to payment of costs to respondent/complainant.

          Accordingly, with the consent of the respondent/complainant, we accept this petition, set aside the order dated 29.03.2016 subject to payment of costs of Rs.20,000/- to respondent/complainant. Considering considerable delay caused in the matter, the costs has been imposed.

          Parties to appear before the District Forum on 09.04.2018. On the said the petitioner shall pay the costs to the respondent/complainant and shall also file written statement before the District Forum. Thereafter, the Ld. District Forum shall proceed further in the matter in accordance with law.

          A copy of this order be sent to the parties as per rule. A copy of  this order be also sent to the concerned District Forum and thereafter the file be consigned to Record Room.
